Low carb Croque Monsieur
Deze croque monsieur mag je zelfs in de strengste fase van het LignaPharma proteïnedieet eten. Maar ook tijdens het low carb programma, of bij gezonde voeding natuurlijk.
Het wit eiwitbrood* van LignaPharma en de BNR smeerkaas* zorgen ervoor dat je normale croque monsieur ineens veel eiwitrijker, vezelrijker en koolhydraatarmer wordt. En dat is mooi meegenomen!

Het is daarnaast nog eens heel eenvoudig. Je maakt 'm net zoals je je normale croque monsieur zou maken. Maar hierna volgt nog eens het recept.

Het recept:
Benodigdheden (per croque):
2 sneetjes LignaPharma wit eiwitbrood (± 1 cm dikte)
Romige BNR smeerkaas
1 sneetje gekookte ham
Side salad: 1 handje babyspinazie, enkele kerstomaatjes, gehalveerd
Optioneel: Tasty ketchup of een andere calorie-arme saus uit de praktijk
Bereidingswijze:
Verwarm je grill/tosti-ijzer.
Snijd 2 sneetjes van ongeveer 1 cm dikte van het LignaPharma wit eiwitbrood.
Besmeer met de BNR smeerkaas en een sneetje gekookte ham.
Toast de croque monsieur in het toestel.
Serveer met een side salad en eventueel nog wat Tasty Ketchup of andere saus naar keuze.
Aan te raden portie: 1 - 2 croques met een side salad
