Haver-banaan koekjes
De snelste en gemakkelijkste koekjes ooit!
Je maakt ze met slechts 3 ingrediënten.
Dit recept is:
- snel
- gemakkelijk
- low-budget
- gezond
- suikervrij
- laag FODMaP
- vegan en veggie
- glutenvrij
- lactosevrij
De koekjes kunnen dienen als tussendoortje, maar even goed als ontbijt (neem er dan 3 en vul aan met een yoghurtje en vers fruit).

Voedingswaarden:
1 koekje* = 68 kcal
1 koekje* = 10,4 g koolhydraten (waarvan 3,8 g suikers)
1 koekje* = 2 g eiwitten
1 koekje* = 1,6 g vetten (waarvan 0,1 g verzadigde vetten)
1 koekje* = 0,9 g voedingsvezels
*voedingswaarden van 1 koekje als je er 9 maakt.

Recept:
Benodigdheden (9 koekjes):
2 middelgrote bananen
2 el lijnzaad ( = 16 g)
100 g havermout
Bereidingswijze:
Verwarm de oven voor op 180°C.
Bekleed een bakplaat met bakpapier.
Breek het lijnzaad. Dit kan je doen met een vijzel of door met de staafmixer/blender kort te mixen.
Prak de bananen tot moes of mix ze.
Meng alles samen in een kom en vorm met je handen 9 balletjes van het deeg en leg deze op de bakplaat. Duw plat tot een mooi rond koekje.
Bak gedurende 25 à 30 minuten in de oven en draai na 15 à 20 minuten eens om.
Laat afkoelen op een rooster.
Je kan deze koekjes 2 à 3 dagen houden in een goed afgesloten doosje.
